Majeediyya Muskulhi Dharivarunge Jamiyya (MMDJ) is the official alumni association of Majeediyya School, the oldest and most prestigious school in the Maldives, which will proudly celebrate its centenary in 2027.

Historical records show that MMDJ was first formed on 15 Sha‘bān 1365 AH (15 July 1946 CE), making it one of the earliest organized alumni associations in the country. Since its inception, MMDJ has served as a unifying platform for generations of Majeediyya graduates, fostering lifelong connections and collective efforts to support the school and the wider community.

As we embark on a new era of revival, MMDJ is dedicated to preserving the rich history and heritage of Majeediyya School, celebrating the achievements of its alumni, and contributing to the school’s ongoing development. Through its specialized committees, MMDJ works on academic initiatives, heritage preservation, social and cultural activities, community engagement, and development projects that keep the spirit of Majeediyya alive.

Our mission is to honor the legacy of the past, enrich the present, and build a stronger future for Majeediyya School and its alumni network. Together, we strive to ensure that the school’s century-long tradition of excellence continues to inspire students, educators, and the Maldivian community for generations to come.
